Q: If the offical cut-off time is 9:30a.m., for box lunches, why do I have to place my online order by 8:27a.m.?

A: We call you and confirm every online order. If you don't receive a call, you should call us to see if the order was successfully placed online. Because of the volume of orders in the morning we have set the 8:27a.m. deadline to allow us enough time to call and confirm your order.

Q: Why is my invoice price different than the online price estimate?

The acutal delivery/billing zipcode may be different than the zipcode entered online, your company is tax-exempt or you changed your order when your order was confirmed by phone.

Q: Where can I find nutritional information about your menu items?

Q: How do I establish a Mel's billing account?

Contact us a 206 467 8875 or email us and request a credit reference/billing information form. Normally, it takes no more than two days to setup a billing account.
